I don't know about this Montgomery guy . Wasn't he the dude who was responsible for the terrorist software hoax

I honestly have no idea. He claims to have millions of documents. The surveillance **** is starting to hit the fan.

I believe in FISA. We need surveillance of foreign actors to defend against terror attacks. I don't think we have any idea how many terror attacks we have been able to prevent with this technology but I suspect it is a lot.

However, we can allow intel agencies to use this information for political purposes or leak innocent Americans information. It violates so much of our Bill of Rights guarantees.

If he has millions of documents, they should be easily verifiable. Maybe he is a nut, but the documents are either fake or not and I'm sure we can make that determination.

Snowden is a criminal, yet the documents were very, very real. This guy claims he wants to share this information within the whistleblower statute. One is criminal the other is not. This is not hard to understand Boom. Maybe the information is false and he made up the millions of documents he claims to have. We will see.
