Yeah i think a person who has never worked in an athletic department can come in, manage a multi-million dollar budget, ensure that there are no recruiting violations, manage building projects, raise funds, raise fan attendance, put programs in a situation to prosper, plan for the future, hire and fire coaches, move us ahead of some of our SEC counterparts, AND all he has to do is "surround himself him Athletic experience."
