Who decides where stadium cameras are?

How do different networks determine where to put cameras?
Or is it predetermined by the stadium?

Would a game at SHI Stadium have different angles between Fox, ABC, ESPN or BTN?

Is there any wiggle room or do all the networks put their cameras in the same designated spots?

I would think there are some
designated spots .
The better broadcasts get more cameras though

It's based on the stadiums. Watch an Ohio State home game. The camera's are so far up and away from the field. See it at most venues. Each are different.
