Who else is a little worried about Dak's leg?

I am. ESPN reported that he was in a boot for precautionary measures, but he wasn't in a boot last week. I'm hoping for a quick, large lead against Arky, so maybe Williams can get some reps.

We all should be a little worried about his leg. Fortunately, it doesn't look like he'll miss the Arkansas game. But I don't think he should take a snap in the UT-Martin game. We can win that one with Damien Williams.

Read the C/L article. He won a big game in High School with a torn MCL. He had a numb left arm when he beat Ole Miss last year. The only way this guy will be forced to leave the game is on his own shield.

The worst thing that can happen is that Dak starts playing to keep from being injured, rather than playing to win at all costs.

We cannot be scared to run him, and run him hard. It's who we are. And that's the way our offense works.

Just remember this when we trot out Damian Williams early in the next two games. Some of the same reasons we trotted him out early in the season when everyone was bitching.

I don't see that happening. He was still running late in the game yesterday when he didn't have to.

Damian Williams won't take a snap against Arkansas unless we're up by 30 or Dak is really injured to the point he can't play. I hope he gets all the snaps against UT-Martin though.
