Who else is considering the new premium seating being built on the West side of West Shore Home Field?

$10,000 upfront donation allows you to buy up to 8 seat tickets "starting at" $4,500 each seat per season. So, for four season tickets, it would be $10K upfront, and then $18,000 per year thereafter. You do get one reserved parking pass and an open beer/wine bar included in the price. Maybe some food is included too. Hard to tell. Also access to "exclusive" lounge areas.

There are 4,000 such premium seats available. Who's in?

I assume Mt Nittany Club people will move down and then the old club seats will have lots of openings?

I've not been to the Beav in a few years. Prefer to go to one road game a season (hopefully UCLA this year). But now that my niece lives in Lewistown, we may go to a home game in the next few years. Though my brother hates the current in game experience as the music and extraneous stuff is far too loud and obnoxious.

Wish I could justify paying that kind of cash for those seats, but I can’t. I can’t help but think they’ve overestimated the fanbase.

Probably on purpose and the way things are going, but it seems they’re trending toward an NFL model. Pro sports now are not for the fans. They’re for the corporate money.
