Nation didn't care for an undefeated Iowa, doubt they get the benefit of the doubt now.

Easy choice OSU. Fan base, popularity, Meyer etc etc.

Iowa probably deserves it more though since they played in CCG.

I think Iowa would travel well to that game but I think OSU gets the nod by process of eliminationl

I feel like Iowa played MSU tougher. If it comes down to televisions and politics then the silver and red starts looking more and more like burnt orange.

Going to be very interesting to see what the committee does with the Rose Bowl.....after last night's game I think it could go either way between Ohio State and Iowa.

If it's the highest rated team, Iowa should be rated ahead of Ohio St by virtue of winning their division and actually playing in the B1G CCG with a better record 12-1 over 11-1.

New AP poll today OSU #7 Iowa -# 6 looks like Iowa to Rose if the conference does what they said they were going to do which is pick the highest rated team.

Iowa deserves it. More wins, division title and would bring 60,000 to Pasadena. Iowa lost to the same team except on a neutral field and Michigan St had Connor Cook.

I will believe it when I see it. You guys told us 40k would be in Lincoln for our game and we all know how accurate that was.

Alvarez is going to lobby hard for Iowa to the Rose as he would if Nebraska were in the same spot.

Since the visitors only get 3-5 000 how would it be possible to get 40,000 unless you bought them from Neb season ticket holders . The game last night was about 65% Iowa and the rose will be 40-50000 .People forget the huge number of former Iowans who live in SC including 20-30 of my relatives I have been to 3 rose bowls and 40 to 50000 is close .
