Who has the same initials as Mullen's Hump?

You know what's gross to me? Turtle soup. Commander's Palace says they take three days to make their soup. I say that's because it takes three days and a salt mine to make turtle edible. Down with turtle soup. That stuff is nasty.

The conundrum

I'll give you 1 guess......

Look there's been a lot of arguments made for both sides of the issue. I personally think that sharpening lawn mower blades is more cost affective than buying new ones. Of course you run the risk of removing more material from one side of the blade than the other and throwing it off balance. There's also the concern of damaged blades being perpetually reused after hitting things while mowing that they aren't intended to hit (stumps, bricks, steel, etc). Warped blades can also lead to off balance performance, wear on the mower shaft and in turn the mower, and a less than manicured look for your lawn. Hairline, microscopic cracks could also be lurking, just waiting for the right moment to fly out like a Steven Segal thrown katana and take somebody's head off. Alas, in the end, i'm a cheap skate. So I think the risk of a poorly groomed yard, prematurely worn out mower, or even the off chance of decapitating an unexpecting neighbor are worth the risk to save money on blade replacement. I mean nobody really talks to thier neighbors any more any way.

I thought a katana was wither a Mexican bar or a Christmas musical. One or the other.

He can literally scare the pants back on you.

It would help if you told us the name of his hump. I wasn't even aware that he gave it a name to begin with.

Whoa! Great analogy

That blew my mind. You ARE comparing Mullen to that old mower that we have now and Hud as the new expensive mower, right? **

In all reality though, your derailment attempt serves as a great synopsis of where you stand. You are just fine with the same old mower that doesn't quite get the job done right, but it gets it done nonetheless.

I didn't realize it at the time, but your right,

I am pretty deep.

BTW, the issue is blades, not mowers. Oh if it were only that simple.

Old balls are not what I think of when I see the Dos Equis commercials.

Speaking of old balls. If you haven't seen Bad Grandpa, then what are you waiting on? It's not a date movie. Don't take your old lady expecting to get a quickie in the parking lot after watching it.

I was going for really random...and I enjoyed the grand tetons in the background in this one. I am no imissplatinumplus, but I can give "relentless effort."

Speaking of that, if you have issues with that then have you seen the new show on A&E? What a waste of talent.....http://www.aetv.com/the-governors-wife/about/

I saw Bad Grandpa. I wasn't a fan really. Just watch the trailer to get the best parts, and save your $20, and two hours.
