Most of the hot seat coaches are good coordinators who simply are bad head coaches. Weiss Chow Holgorsen. All would be upgrades over Les.

I don't think replacing the OC would help our situation any. Whoever we hired would be following Mullen's direction, and therein lies the problem.

I have no problem with a JC coach. Art Briles at Baylor was a great HS coach...

before going to Houston. People who think there aren't some great coaches at lower levels are wrong.
