But to be fair he said he felt a lot would change, and he wasn't 100% confident. He did plenty of hedging. I'll have to check his month early prediction later, but he did a pretty good job I believe in projecting.
He had been saying Robinson to MSU and Coleman to AU or Bama in the days leading up to signing day.<div>

I know. I was just talking about his month early prediction that was forced on him. I think that's what was being brought up. And yes a lot changed from that, as you would expect. I want to say he had Jeff Scott not on our list, thinking at the time we might back off him and let him go.
You are right though, that he was correct on most of what he put on the table this year. As usual, he had some good BS stories out there, but for the most part he did a good job this year with knowing what everyone was doing.
nothing in the last two weeks, where they both hedged the hell out of everything, should count.
I thought there was an actual prediction list from 6 weeks ago or something where Yancy said Coleman, Robinson, Thomspon would be at Ole Miss.. and Steve said Thompson, Robinson and Sanders to MSU...
more of a 45-0 than a 41-27. He not only beat him and pulled back even, he passed his *** significantly in credibility. He's still a homer who feeds BS excuses to his sheep, but at least he feeds something to them. Steve has just disappeared and not even attempted to eat his crow.
Paul Jones looks like a genius compared to Steve right now. And I'm not talking about all the on the spot predictions the sheep asked him for. I'm talking the general tone of the bones all through out the year.
Yancy's in firm control of the recruitnik credibility trophy right now.
