not starting the first game, unless there is an injury.

Everyone likes LaDarius Perkins, but I dont expect him to get that many carries. Elliot and Ballard will get the majority of the load, I think.

Mullen did say that he plays to line Bumpis up in the backfield this year.

no one has separated yet. My vote is that Ballard is going to wind up with the most carries this year.

Here is my guess as to how the list will look for total carries at the end of the season barring injury.
Ballard
Relf
Elliot
Perkins
Conner

caveat - I don't know ****.

reports are that this year is the first year he is truly recovered. Hopefully he was still hurt last year because I was not impressed.

I was not impressed either. He just did not show me that he could truly handle the job.
I'm expecting some else to take over.
If I'm wrong, thats Great!

I was told RB are not in the news, yet because they aren't doing much... no pads, yet... no hitting

I would think at the end of the year total carries
relf
ballard
elliot
conner
perkins

ballard and elliot will push to carry the load... i think ballard wins by the end
connor will be in short yardage, goal line (if he can get the extra push)
perkins will get a lot of touches just maybe not as many carries, he is lining up everywhere on the field... he is going to play wr/rb

I think a really serious knee injury like that takes 12 full months to heal. He did look pretty good in the last 3 games with 112 yards on only 12 carries.

You get a injury like that, it has to effect you mentally. I guess sometimes it is too hard to recover from. I suggest either he is not that good or he is having trouble recovering mentallyfrom the injury. If he has not recovered physically after two years, he needs to stop playing before he becomes crippled. </p>

I think people keep forgetting or don't even know that Ballard did run for 1700 yards last year, I know its Jun-Co but he is the most proven player we have, but I do want to see choo choo run some folks over, he will be the running back of the future.

touches in general are a more accuratebarometer in this offense, as they will get the ball in the hands of the playmakers anyway they can. I guess this is the order I would go with:<div>
</div><div>1a. Ballard</div><div>1b. Elliot</div><div>2. Perkins</div><div>3. Connor </div>
