Who is Nebraska playing this week?

Oh, that's right, there's a game tomorrow night. Yes, a Friday game and a chance to go to 2-0 in conference play and possibly build some momentum going into a huge home night game vs. Wisconsin.

Let's get a win vs. this team that is coached by a defensively sound head coach in Lovie Smith, but a team that starts a ton of freshmen and has been shredding on the ground already by a couple teams.

It's time for the over/under challenge.

I forgot to run one last week, but here were our collective results from the NIU game:

The crowd selected that NIU would pass for over 267.5 yards, they only had 128 passing. Incorrect.

The crowd selected that Tanner Lee would pass for more than 239.5 yards, he had 299. Correct.

The crowd selected that Nebraska would rush for fewer than 199.5 yards, the team had 85. Ouch. And correct.

54% said NIU would score under 21.5 points. Barely correct, NIU had 21 points. Correct.

76% said Lee would have under 1.5 interceptions. He had 3. Incorrect.

Overall, 3-2 as a group.

It will be a close game. I don't like the matchup of our oline vs. their dline. If we win the turnover battle and at least get some running game - our kicker is awesome. Battle of field goals.

I really hope to see NU come out and get a lead early, add on, and leave town with a 31-10 victory. Unfortunately there is an equally likely - perhaps more likely - scenario where NU stumbles and bumbles their way through the game and Illinois wins instead.

But yeah, it would be nice to see look sharp throughout and build momentum for the Wisconsin game.
