Smith and King are better too. Dixon's good, but Scott is the clear number one in the conference.

and no, I don't think it's Anthony Dixon either. But the only other one who could be better at this point is Charles Scott or Keiland Williams (still don't know this guy doesn't play more). McCluster is in there if you count him as a running back. Might be a down year in the SEC for RB's.

Tim Tebow is a better running back than any of them.

that he appears to be just a big, downhill runner. I do like Smith a lot.

They have Williams as the change of pace, and is Holliday still there?

they don't really seem to use Holliday nearly as well as Nutt uses Mcluster.

it is tough to believe that he is number one but given the situations, he has to be the one any writer would choose, yea you have scott and keiland but those two guys arent gonna get the amount of touches dixon does, the rest are unproven. based purely on experience and history he HAS to be chosen number one

It will be interesting to see Dixon running out of the spread. Usually they're stacked in there waiting on him to get the ball.

but Ducre won't get the carries dixon will and therefore won't even be the top back on our team much less the SEC
