he really had calf implants? If he's a strength and conditioning coach you would think he could get them with hard work. I mean I have slacked off from the gym, but my calves provide a place for the cows to get out of the rain!** haha

is well traveled...and he'll tell you that too. I want to say he putan application in for thehead strenth & cond baseball positionat MSU a while back. Obviously he didn't get it but says something about his qualifications...whether good or bad, I don't know. He says he had offers everywhere to play football, basketball, baseball, hell he might've even said hockey, but I think he spent most of his collegiate time at Ole Miss. Seriously, Gordon is a great guy, but it is hard in his profession to make a decent living and not lie to kids in the metro-area that have money and want to play DI. These parents buy into the services he is selling and when scholarships don't come rolling in for Johnny, it makes him look bad to the parents/kids.

I really think he cares more about placing his "kids" into programs than steering them to Ole Miss.

Years and Years ago I was under his "tutelage" and it was summer workouts and we were working out and doing squats until exaustion. He comes up behind me, takes the catch bars or safety bars out of the squat rack and said push it or I will let it kill you, your choice - fifteen reps. At about rep fourteen it got so hard a blood vesel popped in my head - spewing blood all over the wall in front of me. He cheered and yelled now you doing something. Dont worry about the mule just load the wagon.

And any man that rode a Harley onto the practice field was bad *** in my book.

a buddy of mine fell aspleep in a defense meeting sitting next to me. Taylor sees it and effin explodes. My buddy jumps up and taylor says the most classic thing a coach has ever said, "When you sleep in team meetings your not just effin the team, your effinn me, and if your gonna eff me bring vasoline and kiss me first. It was hilarious but we were all too scared tolaugh.

Added bonus= I have seen him weld with no gloves and short sleeves with 2 dollar sunglasses on. The man is abadass.

Agreed. I remember when we hosted the power lifting championship and he had to weld all of the racks. We thought he was going to go blind.

with him. I love that guy. One last story. I saw him hit a defensive lineman in practice one day in the face (helmet on of course) in the face mask and floor the guy. He was about 6-4 265 and then grab him one handed and pick him back up reaming his *** for slouching on a play. And told him I will whip your *** and if your dad doesnt like it tell him to come on. Ill whip his *** too.
