The lawsuit filed last year is still active. However the culture with the new administration and coaching staff is very different. Don’t know what all cane down as far as punishments and of course winning cures many ills but you can feel the changes there.

Mertens was clearly the right guy to take over there. He commands the sidelines and demands respect from his players. Not to say Dave didn’t but it’s just a different feel.

Will be interesting to see what happens with the lawsuit. My thoughts are it will never make it to court and be settled quietly.
