Who runs the summer baseball camps after a coaching change?

The assistants mostly "run" them anyway when the head coach is there still even. It's a way for them to make up for the shizzy pay they earn the rest of the year. But I get what you are asking, w/out a high visibility name I'm not sure you even have it
