WVU can be a really good place but it does have drawbacks. WVU might need a guy like what Rich Rod was (Still shocked he left) a guy with charisma who can win. But as stated earlier being a head coach is not easy, and in fact often times sucks. Being a college coach now has to be crazy difficult with the portal NIL ect.
