Provi still open in week 1. Anyone hearing any buzz about PC week 1 possible opponent. Any other schools still open in week 1?
I believe we still have week 1 open. Week 2 looks like it's filled by SCN again.
Wilmington just posted their schedule. Week 1 the Wildcats host 5A Evergreen Park, Week 2 they visit 1800+ student Oak Lawn...apparently the Cats aren't going to let Coal City play the roughest schedule in the new conference...
Although the Coalers aren't exactly slacking...Week 1 at Morris, Week 2 host Kankakee Bishop McNamara...
Solidifying our age. It seems like a few years back, but it was 2001. It was a good game, defensive struggle played mostly at 14-7 PC before they scored a late TD to ice it 21-7.PC vs the Brook. Sounds like a great opening game. Didnt they play a non-con game a few years back?
I would say CC's first two games are tougher than Wilmington's.

I doubt a BHS/PC game materializes. With LWE, HF, SCN, and Andrew on the schedule we can't risk an L. I was hoping for Plainfield E for town supremacy.
Decent is what I'm afraid of.brook should be decent in 2019, looking at roster seems like lots of juniors who played and a big ole 6'5 QB (not sure if he will be the guy)
Gracious to list Andrew in the same sentence with LWE, HF and SCN. Bolingbrook, along with these 3 schools, will be bigger, faster and/or stronger at most every position.I doubt a BHS/PC game materializes. Don't underrate Andrew. They have been turning it around lately.Gracious to list Andrew in the same sentence with LWE, HF and SCN. Bolingbrook, along with these 3 schools, will be bigger, faster and/or stronger at most every position.
The exit of the 3 D205 ("Thorn") schools from the SWSC schedules is likely to affect the success trajectories of programs like Andrew in that league.Don't underrate Andrew. They have been turning it around lately.
