You people always copy every @%%!++% thing we do. Then you sit around and "try" to gloat and compare schools. Keep on trying trying because as much as ya'll wanna be like Ole Miss. You simply never will be Ole Miss. Keep on chasing the pink elephants! We'll keep smiling and laughing. We are the Matador and you are the bull(ys).
I know certain students at your university have trouble reading the English language but read carefully when I say this. Nobody associated with Mississippi State has or ever will want to be like Ole Miss for a few following reasons amongst others. I, nor any other MSU student or fan, want racist bigots standing around our campus who can't even spell "Confederacy". We don't want The Grove and yalls hanging chandeliers in tents that somehow magically make yall believe you are better than everyone else. We don't want yalls weak *** scoreboard, thats why ours is bigger and better. We don't want to put up lying banners (like your 2003 Western Division Champions banner, hate to be yalls fun sponge but your boy Eli tripped over his own linemen to screw that one up for yall). Five out of Six West teams have been to an SEC Championship game...guess who hasn't. The Egg Bowl series is pretty even over the last 20 years so nobody is jealous of your so called success because yall haven't accomplished a great deal over the last couple of decades. This year yall were a big bust and it has shown, but now ole miss fans think they are top 10 in the country again because yall beat a very injured tennessee team pretty handedly and a very overrated LSU team in which, well, damn yall got lucky. And by the way we copied cow bells? We copied the Dawg Pound Rock? We haven't copied yall in anything. A lot of teams do the whole celebrity thing before the game. Every team has a pathway the team walks through to enter the stadium. Everyone has an area of grass they tailgate in. I am fully aware you might not have made all these accusations but I have heard them before and you just happened to be the straw that broke the camels back with your typcal Ole Miss bs "You Simply will never be Ole Miss"....GOOD!!!!!!!!!
A good first step is to kick their asses, instead of "proudly turning your backs"....thank goodness none of you were on Flight 93 ("No, let's don't rush those terrorists. Let's stand up and turn their backs on them. THAT'LL show them.")
Dawgzilla (I prefer Norwood.) Jackie is so over. As for traditions we need to stick with our own (Cowbells, Maaaaroon Whiiite, Bully riding in on his doghouse, and DPR) and quit trying to re-invent Ole Miss's The Junction is an attempt to build a Grove, Dawg Walk is the Walk of Champions that Billy (Damn) Brewer brought to Ole Miss and now leading cheers (and it will eventually lead to celebrities) on Dawgzilla (ARE YOU READY? BS!!!). What would we think if the Rebels had re-invented the left field lounge (and I know they have a terrace section in the outfield..NOT THE SAME) with the push/pull trucks and trailers stands? Imitation is the truest form of flattery and there is ONLY 1 ORIGINAL!
My dad has talked to GB about this and he (GB) has better (original) ideas but for some reason won't "play the cards".
Also, I'm tired of Big Dan's BS calling Ole Miss "%%+*" (Woody Hayes is your role model?...try slugging Tyson when he comes off of the field!). Man up Dan and don't try to be Jackie Wayne...YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT, SHOW SOME CLASS!

Mentioning it in your argument weakens the argument immensely. And jumbotron "Pump Up" messages are also used at a plethora of campuses. Therefore, you really don't have a valid argument at all. You'd be a lot better off if you didn't defend your position, because you look pretty stupid.

I'll grant you this - you likely do outnumber us in the number of people which hang out outside the stadium during games. Being seen, winning parties, and all. Our people are real fans.
