I stopped following baseball playoffs after they went to playing at night only.

Mets need to get to Greinke early and hope DeGrom can repeat his earlier performance.

They Soooooo needed to close the show in New York and move on. Tonite deGrom will pitch well...Mets have to hit Grienke in LA.....tough stuff. Granderson jumps first pitch to get the Mets going.

Zap I was always curious what baseball team you were a fan of. I can see the argument for the Yanks(obviously), Mets, Pirates, plus others...

Absolutely I will be watching. I've been following the Metopolitans since I was a young kid watching them shock the baseball world in 1969. Two great pitchers going, runs will be at a premium. Should be a nail biter either way...I will be surprised if it turns out to be a one sided win for either team.

Heck of a TV Sports Night:

7pm Auburn at Kentucky ESPN
8pm Mets vs Dodgers TBS
8:25pm Falcons at Saints (NFL) CBS/NFL
10:30pm UCLA at Stanford ESPN

The remote control will be smoking. For me, 7-8 pm, all Auburn vs Kentucky , 8pm-9pm mostly Mets, after 9pm will depend on how the games are going. Probably mostly Mets until end of Auburn /Kentucky game and if close will watch that mainly for the last quarter and flip to Mets on Commercials. Then all Mets after over, with peek ins to the UCLA /Stanford game.

oh , also NY Rangers Hockey at Montreal Canadians 7:30pm

Baseball doesn't resonate with me (I never played little league) but I like playoff baseball. I'd like to see the Metties go all the way and I've been watching the Mets for a couple weeks. I followed the Yankees back in late nineties and early aughts but the endless Aroid drama and Jeter cult got tiring. I did go to the stadium to see them play Kanas City back on Memorial Day and that was fun (Mr May was hot back then)

Just watched that Mets Reds fight from the 80s. Forgot how skinny the players were back then. Today's players look twice as big as them, whether it's from steroids or not.

Lets Go Mets! Heading out to tip a few at the local bar and warpath with one of my friends from our days of running a youth baseball league.

Me! I've been a fan since 1969 when Sister Vianney didn't give us homework because the Mets won the World Series.

My streak will continue. I've not watched 1 inning of MLB this century.
Go Mets, beat the Bums.
