The best team from the south rarely makes it to Jackson because of the screwed up playoff format. West Point doesn't have the samedepth of competition in the north. Not saying West Point isn't the best team because they probably are. But if history is an indicator, the best team from the south will lose a road playoff rematch against a good team and never make it to Jackson.
