I agree. That long "oooooooo" got to me. First step was to take our hearing aids, then stick fingers in deaf ears to block the noise. Can't imagine what it sounded like on the field. Did notice our people rang bells like crazy but stopped when it was time. Admirable.

Yep! My ears have yet to recover... and I was sitting 5 rows down from the rim

of the east side upper deck. It's hard to imagine how loud it was in the lower levels.
