Why are we playing Valley so many times this year?

Not that it upsets me or anything but playing them three times I am not sure why. Is it mercy to help them get money or they were the only ones we could fit in?

If I recall correctly, Valley agreed not to play usa second timelast year to help our RPI and maybe they asked for a third game this year for last season's help.
