Of course he replaced a lot of players but he also effectively developed a lot of Shula's players as well. I personally believe that, at the college level, effective coaching is more important than having the top talent. In other words, I would rather have the best coach with good talent than a good coach with the best talent.
I still support Cohen but I do suggest that he really needs to examine what's going on with his players and his coaching because something or someone is off track right now.
