Say the word “like” at least 10 times in every sentence they utter? Just mind numbing listening to some of them talk.
And what is the deal with airplane food?

Yeah, it's not just millennials who say "Like."Sounds like my wife and her friends who are all in their 40’s. Drives me insane
I can't stand this phrase...And the overuse of “sort of” and the vocal fry thing...pseudo intellectual bull crap

Valley girl talk
I do a good bit of public speaking and I literally video tape myself practicing just to make sure I do not say "um" and "like". Huge pet peeve of mine and its beyond crazy how many older well accomplished professionals say it all the time.
I can't stand this phrase...
"So, uhh... yeah."
The one that gets me is that every discussion/order ends with "Perfect.".
Never outgrew the Valley Girl phase that was a thing in the 80s. I get that.Sounds like my wife and her friends who are all in their 40’s. Drives me insane
My daughter had a friend who visited the house frequently who, honest to god, used to say 'like' 3x in every sentence. I'd get a twitch in my eye listening to her. My daughter started picking up the habit until I began interrupting her with the work 'like' every time she said it. She'd say, 'That's so annoying that you interrupt me by saying 'like'". I'd say, I know. She quit saying it, though. Now, her BF, who is an attorney, says it a bunch, too, and she's back into the old habit. Guess I'll have to start being annoying again. It's a burden.

Was this, by chance, in Paducah? If so, I worked with him. Otherwise - there was another.I knew a fellow once that ended most of his sentences in: "....and everything".
I.E. Paw went to town for twine, and everything. Ernest T threw rocks, and everything.
Like, what is the deal with that?
Real young girlfriend. My boss is 50 and says "like" all the time. It's not a millennial thing. There's plenty of other annoying things that millennials do, so we shouldn't have invent things.
