I honestly have a hard time deciding which is more OM. The DL hitting the ground on cue, or intentionally injuring PSU’s best defender. Maybe a combination of both?

I'm surprised there's no rule that an injured player either has to set out the rest of the possession or rest of the quarter (which is longer).
Apparently other coaches/ADs aren't concerned about this?

Are you saying that I’ll hate Lebby because he won’t tell defenders to fake injuries against Kiffin? Or that I’ll hate Lebby because he runs a tempo offense?
You just might love him. The other poster, not so much. I expect he will do a good job…and fake a 17load of injuries.
