Why does MSU's "Live Stats" hardly ever work ? +1 question for mods

Everytime I refresh the page, it refreshes & then immediately jumps to the adds at the bottom......why is this ? Is it a yuku thing or my crappy, worn out computer junk thing.

Six pack is the only page it does this on.

I am at the top of the page, hit refresh, it refreshes to the top of the page as it was prior, & then jumps all the way to the bottom.

If I close my browser completely and open it back up it will stop. I have sent DS a message on it as well but it seems to always fix itself within a few hours.
