Someone posted Friday night that they were having trouble with it and then all that rain pushed it over the edge. I still stand by the fact that I have never seen our field look this bad. For you dipshits out there, I am in no way trashing this team or complaining about the baseball program.

cares when someone has a legit complaint. However when people make uninformed/dubmass posts, it can bring some heat.

dying off and the bermuda hasn't taken over yet. The rye is a blessing and a curse, it looks really good early but then starts dying back and also holds back the bermuda from taking off as fast.

with the warm temps and the heavy rains along with the infield being coverd the rye grass checked out when the pythium hit it. It will take time for the Bermuda grass to fill in.

I thought we were supposed to have the best turf guys in the country? I have never seen the field look this bad. I've seen several college games on CSS, sports south etc.. this year and no other fields have looked this bad. While we are going here, would it kill them to pressure wash or repaint the Mississippi State behind home plate?
With that said, if we can take 2 of 3 from Ark, I will completely excuse the field looking like a goat ranch.
