Why is Robert Johnson returning kick offs?

It appears to me he isn't very good at it. Surely we have someone better than him return them

Seems like he's doing pretty good

Two returns for pretty good yardage on each.

If he was faster it woulda been a lot more yardage.

Most returns don't get past the 25 ... it's better to let the ball go. But both of his have.
