for the Saturdaybefore the last Saturday of April. That falls on the 4th Saturday this year (5 Saturdays total). The Starkville Arts Council has handshake agreements with other festivals around the region for the schedule. That way the other festivals can plan and lock in their dates and not worry about cross booking vendors.
Also was told that MSU was disappointed that they couldn't have the events on the same weekend and they called the GSDP to see if they could put together a "smaller" festival to hold on SBW. Hopefully MSU can coordinate SBW to CDAF Saturday next year.
