It makes you wonder how UofL got to this moment. How many years was it in the making? Was UofL projected to be a Top 10 team. It just makes you wonder how did UofL get picked to have this type of a game on a Monday night

I don’t know but it is a good opportunity for us to get eyeballs on our program.

There was a significant audience that watched UL play ND last year, about as competitively as any regular season opponent on their schedule. It was only one game, but I believe UL remains perceived nationally somewhat like UCF, WVU and perhaps Miami ……… schools that have been excting to watch over the years with periods of National success, and quite capable of entertaining.

A 10 point underdog UL a team has a chance to upset Ole Miss in a game where a significant audience will be watching. A Card win could do a whole lot for UL fan optimism; something missing right now.

Agree

This is why I believe this is possibly the most important game we’ve ever played.

It’s a chance to hit us with an AED and get things going in the right direction.

A jump start vs a trickle charge.

Because we got the contract for this game. They want ACC vs. SEC and it’s a guaranteed prime time game. Like the Auburn game and Bama games the past 5 or 6 years.

Tennessee and Georgia Tech played in this 3 or 4 years back and it was the Monday prime time game.

Most schools play cupcakes, we have shown we will play in these non conference games.

One of college football's premiere games of the year. It's a great honor to play in that game. I hope you guys win.
