The minute I saw Russell, I said Mullen has thrown in the towel, so there is no telling who will come out next. Relf didn't play a great game, but he certainly didn't deserve a benching. I'm sure Relf will have some mysterious "injury", and that's why Russell finished the game, but we all know that's crap.

Relf was put in bad situations tonight. WR's weren't getting open, and LSU was getting pressure up the middle. But we were gonna stick with the stand still read option no matter what. Move the damn pocket!!! That's like football 101 there. Don't run into the pressure, run the hell away from it. Relf has a good arm, and can make the sideline throws on the move. I don't think we even tried it once. </p>

i just don't see Russell as a prime SEC qb, just hope Prescott or Favre climbs fast..</p>

On a punt return. Thought that was strange, but I swear he was kind of creeping around back there like he was going to sneak through & block the punt. It was one when LSU was backed up deep.

Relf got a pass batted down. what do you think all 5 foot nothing farve would have done? scrambled for a no gain and got hammered by a corner. yeah good call dipshit

Looked like he tried to hit the snapper as he came off the line and pretty much whiffed.
