The one that graduated *** laude from Harvard, yeah, that one.
Yea... the scoundrel that was fined $25,000 because he would not pay for workers compensation insurance for his employees. The idiot's company also owed more than $4,743.40 in taxes, fines, and associated penalties in the state of California for 2003 through 2007 because the corporation did not file tax returns in the state for those years.

Really? And you're giving trumplethinskin's record (and no tax returns) a pass?

She's a disaster. This is typical from Biff. He knows nothing about lots of things he's an expert at, so choosing a Education head with no education background is expected.

Drain the swamp! Build a wall! That's more his speed.

Trump filed his tax returns. Franken did not and later had to pay $70,000 for not filing.

You really don't get it. You're bitching about someone that owed $4,000 but don't bat an eye about someone seeking the most powerful office on earth and won't release his tax returns, so the people he will serve, have an idea about his business dealings and his integrity.[pfftt]

Not bitching about the $4,000, just pointing out the ignorance of the scholar. I couldn't care less about the details of Trumps tax returns unless the IRS finds he was not compliant with tax laws.

Really? It wouldn't bother you if he has conflicts of interest which could include foreign govts such as Russia?

You should care. Understanding our public officials finances tells a bunch. You may not care and that is fine. But don't think your personal perspective is legitimate for what is best for the country as a whole.

Yeah, we hired a "community organizer" to manage the largest Military Superpower on the planet, and manage oversight of the largest publicly funded Government organization in the World.

Let's not even talk about his experience monitoring or developing policies to promote more growth in our free market private economy.

Betsy DeVoss has earned Billions in the free market both hiring, training and managing educated people. She can help us fix our failing Public schools.

Certainly you aren't arguing no one can do it better than the Teacher Unions currently running it into the ground?

I'll trust the IRS to let us know if Trump has failed to pay his tax's as per tax laws. A lot of people demanded to see President Obama's higher educational records. I was not one of them as it would prove nothing and not change the fact that he was elected POTUS.

RPJ are you upset that Trump is essentially working for free? Or would you prefer his accept his Presidential salary and use it to invest in more Russian counterespionage operations, to hack into more more Left wing radical's plans like BLM, or J-20 project, or Code Pink, or PETA, or GLADD, or NOW, NEA, or Earth First?

Maybe we need to use his salary to investigate if the League of Scientist's studies on "climate change" are legitimate or phony per-fabricated numbers?

It also would have done nothing to erase the fact that he was and is largely incompetent.

The higher education records were driven by conspiracy theorists and were stupid. Financial information is not. Follow the news with an open mind on Tom Price confirmation and his investment and the repercussions of his actions. This type of stuff is important.

We've never had a President not release his tax returns before-or at least in the last 50 years. We don't know what we don't know.

Geez. You are one stupid wingnut if you think his salary is germane to the topic at hand.

Only further shows that The Donald is a leader and NOT a follower.
He obviously doesn't want anyone to know something. And as long as he is hiding his tax records and his financial relationships, it will be up to the evil press to dig. This may be a disaster for the country for the next 4 years but it will certainly be entertaining-sort of like a reality tv show.

As did an unqualified community organizer and a Horny Hick from Arkansas. What's your point?
that illustrates as a country we are terrible at vetting our Presidential candidates...like we have a choice.

You complained about him having "investments" in Russia. So I raised your complaint up a notch trying to help you out. If you're really all that worried about what he does with his money, that was my suggestion so you could really have something to get your Left wing ideology really agitated over.

Why do you think former Presidents and others that ran for the office released their education records?

I don't know and don't care about education records in detail. I have zero recollection of any including your recent hero, Trump. But financial details are a different beast.

You poor thing. You really are severely misinformed. It's like a disease with the wingnuts - a contagious disease.

Claims #1, 2 and 4, college records. Obama’s college records are not “sealed” by a court order, as this graphic would have you believe. It would be illegal under federal law (the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974) for Occidental, Columbia or Harvard Law School to give any former student’s records to reporters or members of the public without that person’s specific, written permission. Obama hasn’t released them, but neither have other presidential candidates released their college records. George W. Bush’s grades at Yale eventually became public, but only because somebody leaked them to the New Yorker magazine. Bush himself refused to release them, according to a 1999 profile in the Washington Post.

Obviously the concept of conflict of interest is lost on you. Like talking to a wall.

No politician is my "hero" including Trump. You may have zero recollections about candidates education records but a lot of people did. Again.....unless the IRS finds something illegal with Trumps returns.....I'm not interested.

You also don't understand conflict of interest or other complex topics like your brethren. Fine. Just don't think your perspective is best for the country and quit arguing.

You trying argue with yourself? ......I guess your reading comprehension skills need honing, I said I was NOT interested President Obama's higher education records. Who said anything about "sealed" records? You must have posted your "graphic" for your own consumption since I never implied that it was a
must do for politicians. I only said the some people wanted to see such records.

You said they released their records. They didn't. That's what the reference cited stated. You are a moron. You can't even follow along.

Back to the topic:

Betsy DeVos, Donald Trump's choice for secretary of education and avid anti-grizzly bear advocate, failed to explain away her millions of donations to anti-LGBTQ organizations on Tuesday.

During the confirmation hearings, Minnesota Sen. Al Franken asked DeVos about her "long history" of supporting anti-LGBTQ organizations.

Things aren't looking so good for her (pun intended).
