Thomas Hawley Tuberville (born September 18, 1954) is an American college football coach who currently serves as the head coach of the Texas Tech Red Raiders football team. Tuberville served as the head coach of the Auburn Tigers football team until December 3, 2008, when he was paid to resign from the position after completing his tenth season.<sup id="cite_ref-AUres08_1-0" class="reference"><span>[</span>2<span>]</span></p>

Tuberville was the 2004 recipient of the Walter Camp and Paul Bryant Coach of the Year awards after Auburn's 13-0 season. He earned his 100th career win on October 6, 2007 in a 35-7 victory over Vanderbilt. He is also the only football coach in Auburn history to beat in-state rival Alabama six consecutive times.</p> </div>

Peter Clay Carroll (born September 15, 1951, in San Francisco, California) is an American football head coach of the University of Southern California Trojans football team. In his time at USC, the Trojans have made it to multiple national championship games (winning the National Championship in 2004 and splitting the National Championship in 2003) and won the Pacific-10 Conference football title each year from 2002 to 2008. Carroll's winning percentage (83.5%) is the second highest among all active coaches with a minimum of five years at a Football Bowl Subdivision program.<sup id="cite_ref-0" class="reference"><span>[</span>1<span>]</span></p>

On January 8, 2010, ESPN?s Chris Mortensen reported that Carroll will be the new head coach of the Seattle Seahawks so long as "minor details" are finalized in the pending contract.<sup id="cite_ref-Mortensen_ESPN_1-0" class="reference"><span>[</span>2<span>]</span> According to the Los Angeles Times, Carroll was "close to reaching an agreement with the Seattle Seahawks on Friday evening".<sup id="cite_ref-LATimes_Seahawks_2-0" class="reference"><span>[</span>3<span>]</span> On the morning of January 9, 2010, Carroll reportedly came to agreement with the Seahawks on a 5-year $35 million contract that would appoint him team head coach.</p>

i wish they would pay me that much to go away. I am six months older than Tubbbs but as a State accounting grad I cant even scoff at a Phys Ed major..cuz he has made many millions more than I ever will.....
