Will Elgin Bailey get a medical redshirt? Or has he already?

Lewis and African guy are not going to do the trick. Hell, I don't even know if Bailey will be any good coming off that injury.

after your initial eligibility is completed--i believe.

If so, he would play his senior season next year, and apply for the hardship following next season. If approved he could come back one more season

For the first one, it's pretty much automatic and you do it immediately. So he'll be a JR again next year.
