No room at the Inn = prep school. Right now there isn't a scholarship for him.

That would leave Augustus, Osby, and Lewis down low for the next season.

...uninspiring to say the least. Bailey would at least provide depth.

I agree that Sidney may not be one and done. Everyone is assuming that because he is a badass. A lot of 5 star guys stay for 3 years at least. Everything c34 said is correct. Bailey needs to transfer because he has no place on this squad anymore. He would be rarely used if he stayed and why waste a scholly on a third string basketball player. Thats the business of college hoops Bailey, better start workin on that GPA big fella.

Proposal: Knowing Greg Byrne I'm sure he's had this planned for weeks (ninjy senses), but Dan Mullen should take Elgin Bailey over behind Shira to football team so he remains an MSU scholarship player... Bailey could star at right tackle (or tight end)... I think this would solve two major questions for our most promising sports.... just think sherrod and bailey as book end tackles, saulsberry and brignone/ at the guards and i guess looney at center would be a very solid group for 09... AND most importantly-room is made for Sidney as the 'Nardo's + 3D Bost + Kodi + Rick= One Shining Moment 2010! Hail Dear Ole State....

One last thing: if Hank Flick is not the basketball announcer next year we automatically loose to 4 home games... he's by far one of the best BBall announcers ever.... "toooooo the Huuuump foooooooooor HOOOOOOOOOPS!!!!
I can hear him now "at 6-10 from Jackson via LA number OOOOOOONNNNNNNNEEEEE..... renardo.... SHHHHHHHUUUUUUUG! Sahahahahsidney!!!!

I'll keep bailey just for the minutes and effort. the boy plays hard and was coming along pretty well toward the end of last season before he got injured. He started to become a pretty decent force

Bailey will be back for summer workouts and will be stronger by the time the season begins.
He is already ahead of schedule on his rehab timetable.

and as far as the scholarship situation, it looks to be taken care of ITSELF in the coming weeks.

Please tell me you aren't referring to a certain player staying in the draft.

I still very confident Jarvis will be back next season.
Just an alternative route to a scholarship opening up has been mentioned
than the traditional way we are used to (transferring for playing time/parents/not getting along with Stans)
