Will OM even sign a full class?

I havent heard any news from anywhere about any committs they got lately and they dont have too many (maybe 14ish??). Serious question, do they even sign enough guys to fill up the avialable spots?? I do realize they are still in it for Liggins and possibly a few Sun Belt guys

I think Freeze really took a risky strategy that has backfired. Heput all his eggs in the Ward basket thinking that it would create momentum that would bring in others. In doing so he's let a ton of decent guys go to USM, La Tech, and Arky State. There won't be anyone left to scrape up after signing day. They have 14 commits right now and on Scout (the most generous to them) they have three 3 stars with High Preference, two 2 stars, and three NR players. They've got a number of guys with Medium preference but really the Sunday before signing day a Med guy is a real long shot.

Full meaning 20 or whatever the maximum is for them.

Worst case scenario is they could roll over the open spots for next year or give them to deserving walk-ons.

Every team, every year has at least one or two guys quit between January and August. They just had a coaching change which normally means even more players will leave between now and August. (We lost a QB and two WRs after hiring Mullen - you'd never have expected to lose offensive guys after hiring a national champion OC). Also consider the fact that teams rarely get all their signees in - don't be surprised if one or two of their commits don't qualify. They definitely can and would love to sign 25. But I don't think they are going to fill the class with undeserving 2-stars.<div>
</div><div>I expect them to sign 20-22. It will be smart of Freeze to not sign a full class just for the sake of doing it so he has a full year to recruit & can count some back next year.</div>
