play at 100% for 4 quarters in the Rose Bowl? Or are they just there to enjoy the trip and play the first half?

at some point you would expect the players who are 2023 to start subbing in. we saw this before. Barkley, Sanders, etc played less as game went along. maybe a player who needs to improve stock plays more.

If I'm an NFL guy, I'm evaluating players on every snap on every down they play before I invest big money on them. I would hope that players use it as an opportunity to showcase their talent and play to the best of their ability.

Watching Minny play Syracuse. Ibrahim hung it up at the half.

Yeah, that made me reconsider what I posted. I don't think that his taking a (figurative) knee will influence his draft scouting report.
I was picking up lunch in some bar and saw the beginning of that game. Did Ibrahim break all the Minnesota rushing records?

"Ibrahim needed 33 yards and rushed for 40 in the first quarter to break David Cobb’s single-season rushing record (1,624 in 2014).

Later during that drive, Ibrahim scored the one touchdown he needed to break a tie with Gary Russell’s single-season mark of 19 set in 2005. Ibrahim reached 20 TDs in 2022 with a 4-yard rush early in the second quarter.

Ibrahim needed 11 carries to break Cobb’s single-season record of 314, and Ibrahim did that, too, in the second quarter.

Just before halftime, Ibrahim netted the 58 yards needed to pass Darrell Thompson’s career rushing record of 4,654 yards set from 1985-89."
