Will the Alcorn game be blacked out on Espn3 in Jackson?

Does anyone know how this works? let's say that someone has Direct Tv, but has an AT&T u verse log in and password. Will they be able to watch the game via the watch ESPN application or will it be blacked out?

Usually it will say subject to blackout if it will have blackout areas. I just checked and it's nothing listed by our name. I'm on my phone and may not have all functions, but it looks like no blackout.
