I am not talking about a John Locke or John Stewart Mill debate on "what is freedom?" I am just wondering - logistically - is a season possible?
Not sure if they test daily... or if someone exposed to a postive case but tests negative themself - means they continue to practice & play.
Scenario: A WVU running back tests positive on Wednesday during season. Does everyone who played close to him in practice quarantine? Does WVU's whole team quarantine 14 days - canceling next 2 games?
Does the defense from previous Saturday's opponent quarantine 14 days - meaning previous opponent's next 2 games also canceled?
This scenario is if 1 player test positive. There are over 10,000 FBS football players. I am still trying to imagine how a season will happen.
Maybe I am missing how this will work with testing, distancing, quarantining.
Maybe there are fail-safes I haven't considered.
