Awesome. I've also heard that a lot of Flemings talent goes to play at Northside. Anyone know if that's true?

If you build it, they will come. Create a great environment and students won't leave to go play at other schools. All schools have talent IMO.

Charlie Morgan was, IMHO, the best basketball coach ever in the city of Salem, and one of the top few ever in southwest Virginia. He was a disciplinarian, and would ride the kids hard if necessary. Of course, this made him less than one hundred percent popular amongst the parents. I recall reading an interview with Morgan where he was asked about his approach, and his answer was nearly word-for-word with what you just wrote. Paraphrasing - “Kids need discipline and structure. They want adults to tell them the right thing to do.”
