You know, I've come to the conclusion that assistants are probably more important than head coaches. See Alabama last year vs. Alabama this year. I almost think we should get somebody just decent as a head coach, somebody who can give a good halftime speech, and then go get the best OC and DC out there and make them the highest paid assistants in the country. Like pay them almost HC coin. Maybe it wouldn't work... just a thought.

How bout $200,000 per victory with no base? then add bowls and gpa bumps on top of that....I think thats how all coaches should get paid! Probly wouldn't work but would sure be "incentive" driven, thats for sure!
