Have you made the switch ? Any problems doing so ?

I held out as long as I could at work to change but IT Dept finally came in my office and said "get up, you cant put it off any more."
Yeah, its definitely different. Our network updates everything regardless of you trying to stop the updates so just when you get accustomed to something it changes and you are going to have to go looking for the old way to do it or change. I think I saw more changes in Outlook email than anywhere, or maybe I'm just forced to spend more time in there answering emails but damn it took awhile to get accustomed to. Word was a good bit different too for me, especially printing.
Its like anything else though, the only constant is change so just get used to it

Ha ha, I migrated away from Outlook mail, 5/6 months ago. I never liked it, and I saw an internet article indicating that numerous
changes were about to roll out, so I pulled up stakes and left.

My home PC kept installing it over and over and over, even though I had that fake asş “setting” set to not auto-install. When I upgraded to 10, years ago, it wrecked an external hard drive I had. So, I don’t trust MS updates. It sucks ***, and wasn’t even worthy of the update. Microsoft is getting so close to obsolescence, and I will point and laff when they get there a la Nelson Muntz.

My current work laptop is a bad asș MacBook Pro, and I’m sold. My wife and son both have Macs, and I’ll be next when my current one craps out like they always do.

Didn’t windows 11 come out several years ago? I figured everyone had already switched to that.

I don't use it for personal emails but work forces us to use it there. The only argument I've won so far is the Outlook Calendar. I don't use it or let people make appointments on it for me to show up to. I use my phone calendar only (because its always w/in reach) and have the Outlook calendar blocked at work and a message saying to send an email if they want me to show up for an appointment.

They tried to say I needed to just put the Outlook calendar and email on my phone and I told them I'd be glad to when they paid for my cell phone bill. I've decided I'm too close to full retirement to be taking orders anymore, if they want me to go home they won't have to say it twice.

My employer did a forced full switch about 2.5 years ago. Before that, devices would be moved to 11 in small batches.
It was a relatively smooth transition. The biggest change for users seemed to be just a different layout confuses them for a bit.

Apps/programs worked fine, web based programs worked fine, connected devices worked fine.

Yes, And they are going to stop update and service on Windows 10, I think in October, 2025.
I can't get these updates to stop. My store computers have to get updated, like last night, but I had no warning. So I came in with "surprise!", and a bunch of crap all out of whack.

When my son or my wife often complains about their Windows machines, I sit back with my MacBook Air and smile.
