When PSU played Wisconsin last year it was mentioned that NFL teams were pursuing Leonard, so maybe someone was chirping in Wisconsin's ear the past few weeks.

Joe would have. For better or worse it’s how we got kids like Bruce Branch and Eric Sturdifen. But - yeah, if it’s likely a done deal that the 5* brother will follow his brother, you do it IMO.
Matt is so set financially that he can afford to take a couple of years off while Franklin seals his own coffin.
