Could be a contrarian move. I think it would work. Not saying I wan tMullen to do that...just thinking strategy.

It would work for about 2 years or less. In the end, Saban and all the other defensive geniuses would figure it out and it would also be tough to recruit elite players to run. Running the wishbone isn't really fun.
