Will that game be madeup if playing it would affect SEC Tournament seeding? Sorry if this has been discussed before, but this could end up playing a huge part in the seeding for the SECtournament, as well as affecting whether or not SC would win the SEC overall. Would both teams have to agree to play? Was hoping someone might be able to clarify because that game could potentially decide the SEC champion as well as seeding for about 5 teams.

Seeding is done by winning percentage and not actual record. I only know this because Chuck Dunlap from the SEC office tweeted it a while back when there was bad weather surrounding the entire Southeast.

Final conference standings will be based on win percentage.

Of course, it will be fair for us to scream about being cheated when Uga ends up 1/2 game ahead of us in conference... But that's just how it is.

We got the benefit on this in (around) 2003 as well...

I just wasn't sure if they would try and play it mostly because it could decide whether or not SC wins the SEC regular season and I'm sure UF, LSUor UK might be pretty pissed they lose out of winning that by a 1/2 games percentage.

Still a lot to be decided though. I believe a win today secures us at least an 8 seed because we will finish aheadof Auburn and the loser of the Vandy OM game today would lose a tiebreaker with us. Needa solid outing from Graveman and I'm really hoping the bats can give us enough.
