Has it been discussed why we are not on Daniel Giddens (5* center) and teammate of Elijah Staley. He tweets how he and Staley are brothers and calls Staley the other half of double trouble...was wondering why we were not at least trying to go after him..

I would imagine it is because he is a 5* center and we don't have much of a shot. Not trying to be a smart *** but I don't think any big time prospects without Mississippi ties are coming to play at msu

I just thought that his relationship with Staley could at least give us a tie to at least take a shot..if we keep thinking "oh he is a 5*..no chance.." Then we'll always been in the same shape

I get what you are saying and I believe we'll get there but I just don't think our on court production is very appealing right now I high profile recruits. With a full roster of healthy scholarship players I think we can get back to where we once were and maybe get some attention from big recruits. Until then I just don't see us being on anyone's radar. That and no one can tell the difference between us and a&m
