Coming off their 2nd Place finish at the Princeton Invitational, the team will face a much stronger field, led by '24-'25's #2 Ranked Arkansas, #34 Georgia Southern, #36 Oklahoma, and #50 Alabama. Among those in the 14 team field are the B1G's Wisconsin and Minnesota, and 2 teams who made the '25 NCAA's in BYU and host school and '25 AAC Champ Tulsa.

Rutgers will go with a lineup featuring 3 women who finished Top 10 at Princeton. SO Judy Amano finished T5th, RSJR Grace Lu T7, and SO Joline Truong T10. Joining them are JR Emily James and JR Krystal Li.

This will be the last tourney of the Fall for the team. There will be a tourney in Bedminster hosted by Lehigh next weekend that will have at least 1 team member playing as an individual.

To do well in a college tournament you need mutiple team members to contribute and Rutgers got just that today. Starting the tournament as, based on '24-'25 rankings, 11th of 14 teams entered, the team improved their score by 6 strokes in the 2nd Round and by 9 today shooting an Even Par 284. In doing so they passed 3 teams, finishing based on the quality of the field, a very respectable 5th. The Even Par team score was 3rd best on the day, only topped by Arkansas (-1) and Oklahoma (-8)

The Knights were led by Grace Lu's 4 Birdie, 2 Bogey, 2 Under 69. Her rounds of 70-72-69 was good for a 2 Under finish and 6th Place. Joline Truong shot Even Par. He final two rounds of 72 and 71 gave her a Tie for 7th at +1. The two finished the Fall with consecutive Top 10 finishes. Emily James and Judy Amano saved their best for last with twin 1 Over 72's. Krystal Li had a rough day, shooting 81.

The team finished T8th on Par 3's (3.22), T9th on Par 4's (4.26), and 2nd behind Arkansas on Par 5's (4.93).

Top 5 Teams

1. Arkansas...........-11
2. Ok;ahoma..........-8
3. Tulsa..................+17
4. FGCU.................+22
5. RUTGERS..........+24

followed by Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Alabama.

Oklahoma's Savannah Barber held off Arkansas' Maria Jose Marin to win the individual title by a stroke. Former B1G Championship winner, Isabella McCauley of Minnesota finished 4th

There will be at least 1 member playing as an individual this weekend So the team has finished the Fall with positive 2nd and 5th Place finishes. The initial rankings should come out within a week. Just a guess that RU will be around where they finished last season (102) but so much depends what the other 280+ teams have done so far.

The Men's team has 2 more tourneys before the break.
