So what do 'STD' and 'Pregnant' actually mean? I figure those are also code too, right?

I'll be sure to let the new college intern know that she should give me a good d**k ride of she is hoping to get a letter of recommendation. That will go over well with her and my wife, I'm sure. I'll just reference them to the fantastic urban dictionary definition, because all adults should speak like this.

It's just a play on words. Just like if I tell a coworker "if you keep sucking up to our boss, your lips will fall off." You're not actually sucking. Or if I say, if you keep jumping bandwagons, youre going to hurt your knee when of course you cant really hurt your knee switching teams to root for.

For the record, I get what you are saying and it makes perfect sense. But the rest of his tweet doesn't really support that view.

STD is code for SiTting Down, as in on the bench. Pregnant is code for having to watch Stansbury's kids. Dick riding is code for poor man to man defense.

So what he is really saying is that if his teammates will have to sit on the bench and have to watch Zebediah and Ezekial if they play poor man to man defense and keep jumping from their man to someone elses.

"dick riding" probably can be slang for what you say, much like "sucking dick" would also mean to "kiss ***".....but there's no way you actually believe he was using it that way, do you?

not only does he reference STD and PREGNANT.... but he even elaborates on "dick riding" with "jumping from dick to dick"

Don't be so idiotic to reply by saying that "jumping from dick to dick" is another slang term.... let me guess, you will say that it means for "one not to keep all of their eggs in one basket"?

BTW, this is all beside the point. Even if this tweet is a allegorical metaphor for modern society (psyche!).... its still blatantly offensive.... not to me of course, cause I could give a ****, but the language used is simply embarrassing.

This is a perfect example of why I think MSU fans shouldn't follow MSU athletes or befriend them on Facebook: because you can't relate to them. Most of their Twitter is filled with songs from lyrics most MSU fans have never heard of. At the end of the day, these are still kids and that's what they listen to. I can undestand how you think the N-word is offensive but that's what black males call each other. Im not here to discuss the double standard with that but the fact that its common knowledge that they do, if you dont want to hear that blatantly offensive language, dont follow them on Twitter. Seriously, if you have any African American friends under the age of 30, ask them what that tweet means. When they tell you the same thing I told you, no apologies needed because this thread has been entertaining and enlightening. It just shows a difference in culture.

Either that, or youre a complete dork of a black guy

BTW, I bet you're one of the tools that has tweeting something like "Life is a beach...and Im JUST PLAYING IN THE SAND! #LilWeezy"....and you have no idea that quote is common expression and was not, in fact, coined by Wayne

For the record, Im black. Urbandictionary is definitely a comedy site but they still do a great job of explaining ebonics. I didnt read the tweet and say let me go to urbandictionary.com to see what it means because I already knew. I just went there to find the best way to put it in words so that's why i put used their definition. I understand that you dont get the tweet and that's understandable because you're trying to apply logic to it, which 9 times out of 10 isnt going to work with slang. I doubt we will ever get to the bottom of what Brian Bryant really meant by that tweet but as a young Black person, I read that totally different from you. Either way, I doubt this question pops up in a game of Trivial Pursuit, so Im done with it.

I dont give a **** what he tweets as long ashe doesnt make the school look bad orthe coaching staff. He can tweet 40 times a day as longas he gets an education, plays defense, and makes shots.
