IMO goes to Burger King guy.

BK MEEEEeeeeeeEEEEEEEEELT

I pull muscles in my arm reaching for the remote to MUTE that sh#t....which begs the question....is a SMART TV truly SMART when it can't be programmed to AUTOMATICALLY MUTE the commercials?

Or maybe I'm already drunk and dread watching ole ms destroy a piss-poor Duke team next.

I still have PTSD from some of those local commercials that played in Starkville when I was there. Every. Commercial. Break.

The Jardiance song and dance is the biggest commercial jingle earworm ever. I told my wife I should get a group of people and go to the mall or someplace and do the Jardiance song and dance flash mob.
“Jardiance is really swell, the little pill with the big story to tell!”

Apparently the guy on that commercial worked in like meat department in Kroger. They were looking for someone big and intimidating looking who was legitimately not a good actor. The guy’s mom was in marketing and involved with the commercial, and she got him to do it.

Another interesting side note, Denvil Crowe was our daughters Sunday School teacher one year. His son Dee has Down’s and loves Christmas lights. So he does a big light display on his home that syncs to Christmas music.

The T Mobile commercial with the two guys singing and dancing. That white guy has the most punchable face I have ever seen in my life. And it seemed like they were the major sponsor of EVERY. SINGLE. MSU. FOOTBALL. GAME. last season and it aired every mother 17ing commercial break. Watching the game was bad enough, but adding in that commercial I know had to be a violation of the Geneva convention.

I really miss the Bobby Miles Furniture commercials from the 80s in Jackson. So redneck, so cheaply made, so annoying . . . but oh so wonderful looking back!

My hate for that commercial in Starkville was so bad here it is imprinted on my brain from 2006 and 07.

It was lotsa fun at Wassons. Good lord I remember that thing. Now I can't get it out of my head LOL.

What about the cheesy Carl Hogan Delois Price with Les Cash commercials? I know y'all remember those along with the George Sherman commercial as well. "George Sherman keeps you lookin' good, George Sherman keeps you lookin' good!"

Seymour Trucks, Peso Little, and Delois Price
I actually met the original actor who played Seymour Trucks. His name was Jack Voorhies and he did a lot of local acting and commercials in the Shoals area in Alabama. He also hosted a children’s show on local television back in the 60s that my mother appeared on. Very nice guy.

Carter Jewelers in Jackson because there always seemed to be a disaster with their store that prompted a sale with "never before seen markdowns" For those who lived in Jackson in the 80's, Bobby Miles Furniture and Appliance.
Cannon Motors - No explanation should be needed.

New in Jacktown metro is some 80 year old looking guido car dealer (mitsubishi?) screaming his 17n New Jersey accent at the screen. GTFO, you east coast trash.

Not a jingle but lately I’ve noticed nonstop commercials for Rupaul’s Drag Queen show competition or whatever on “conservative” channels. MeatEater, Fox News, etc. I’m no marketing experts but it seems like they are missing the mark here. Perhaps they are trying to draw in new viewers? Either way, pretty annoying.
