I agree. Seeing mother17er in a MSU shirt knowing he's the biggest damn rebel homer is deep under my skin.
When there was not one. We only had tormenting the visiting fans to keep us occupied. Before the East upper deck, end zone, all of it. But we could still make that 17er loud! Even with empty seats like the 98 Arkansas game.

Wasn’t there a deal a few years ago where we let some guy who was a pedophile (allegedly) advertise or something? He was an OM fan, not that that matters in this case, who got caught with an underage girl or something crazy like that? Or maybe he killed someone drunk (allegedly) or something. I remember some big uproar and MSU pulled the partnership.

He was charged with soliciting sex from a minor, which in Mississippi I believe means under the age of 16 if you're not in a position of authority or trust. Apparently got to plea it down to cyberstalking.
The worst jumbotron ads are any of the ads they play during a timeout that our opponent has just taken to try and slow our momentum. It just kills the atmosphere when the stadium is rocking, fans going crazy, cowbells are clanging, and then............."Oh Lord, want you buy me a Mercedes Benz".
We need a bit more situational awareness with the jumbotron when it comes to certain points in the game. Use it more to our advantage to keep the crowd pumped.

My favorites are when we have a bit of momentum, force the defense to call a timeout, then BAM, they wheel out some old booster in the corner of the endzone and proceed to talk about his givings, his life, and his family (all which are extraordinarily honorable). The crowd dies and we miss a FG.
It's either the one where the couple that obviously swings more or less says, "LOOK! MY WIFE IS STILL HOT AT HER AGE! BUY A CAR!!!" or, "OH LAWURD, WONCHA BUY ME, UH MERSAYDEEZ BIIIIIIIIINZ"
Every week my son tells me which one is going to win before it even starts. The cartoons are so bad that he can tell which one they are playing that week.

I dont think Ms Downtown Louisville is coming back. I heard she made some comments about Aunt Jemima that didnt set too well with the Toyota folks. That dealership is under different ownership now.
She was a baton twirler in the Famous Maroon Band back in mid/late 80s and was featured in SI as one of the "girls of the SEC"
